If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

Product return requirements! Before you return product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product has no physical damage like scratch, broken
  • The product must look exactly as it was when you received it
  • we will not refund a product if it does not meet the above requirements.

Customer can return product by sending the product back to the seller or sender.

Shipping charges

Customer is responsible for product return shipping cost.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items are eligible for refund.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent and downloaded.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products or seller’s products.

General Refund policy:

We do not refund to customer’s original payment method. we send all refunds to customer’s Virtual wallet, which can be used for future purchase on any products on our site. if you pay with our gift card, the refund will go back to your gift card account.  If you pay using AllureMax deposit credit, we will send your refund back to your AllureMax deposit credit account.

Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. product damaged due to third party or customer’s fault are not eligible for refund.

Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.

Return/Replacement:
For customers who purchased item sold and fulfill by AllureMax, we will provide Refund for any damaged goods delivered to you, and you may return it at no charge to you. For customers who purchased third-party vendor’s products, please contact them for information on their return/replacement/refund policy.
